Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume or logistic issues, we will notify you via email/SMS.


Shipping Time

We deliver across India.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–12 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines. Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier partners and external factors.


Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 – ₹79 (Auto-calculated at checkout)

  • Free Shipping is available on select products or during special promotions.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment anytime through our tracking page or courier partner’s website.


Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Storeans is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable

  • Courier delays due to uncontrollable factors

If an order is returned to us due to these reasons, reshipping charges may apply.


Damaged / Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery attempt.

  • We will investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or refund as per store policy.


International Shipping

Currently, we deliver only within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon.
